Caption: I decided to focus on the theme of climate change and oceans, and chose to demonstrate the result of global warming through depicting a number of the species endangered by this phenomenon. These include the hawksbill and leatherback sea turtles, the ribbon seal, beluga whales, staghorn coral, and Atlantic cod. I also included a headline from a National Geographic article that further explains the importance of climate change and oceans, as aquatic species are disappearing at a more rapid rate than terrestrial species.
