Power Plant

Caption: I choose to create an art piece based on the Salem Nuclear Power Plant in New Jersey. Though the plant and infrastructure are ugly and a blight on the landscape, its actual impact is relatively green and is a safe and clean energy source. To demonstrate this, I drew a flower bursting from the cooling tower like a potted house plant, to show that despite its appearance and reputation, the reality is something beneficial to the environment.
