The Roosevelt Institute at Georgetown University is an undergraduate, non-partisan policy think tank which engages students in political activism including research, generation of policy ideas, and advocacy. The Institute includes six policy centers including ‘Energy and Environment’ and also publishes a policy journal, called Excelsior.
