Caption: I was ten years old when Hurricane Sandy hit where I lived and will always remember the efforts and response by New Yorkers before, during, and after the disaster. However, I realized that many people do not know about the Hurricane’s effects on the city, so I wanted to create a project that teaches others about the event. This infographic provides key information and facts to allow for a brief, yet comprehensive, understanding of the effects of Hurricane Sandy in New York City.
